COMPLEXITY:- How much research is involved? How hard will it be to create the requested item?
TIME:- How long will it take me to research, create and complete the request?
INDIVIDUALITY AND UNIQUENESS:- Can the item be resold or is it unique and only for you?
FUTURE SALES:- How likely is it to sell and how well? Does it fit together with my creations?
